Complex citrus aromas give way to a generous and textural palate showing concentrated lemon and grapefruit flavours with briny complexity. Natural cool climate acidity provides focus and freshness.
Sourced from the north-south vineyard (warmer site), and from two Dijon clones (76 and 95). Only 20% new French oak and a naturual partial malolactic fermentation gives this wine its immediate appeal.
