Previously winemaker / manager of the Compte Armand and the Domaine de la Vougeraie, Pascal is now overseeing the upgrade of Domaine Jean Fery and acts as a consultant to Joseph Phelps (Napa), Howard Park (WA) and Prancing Horse in Australia. He is also making the Prancing Horse wines in Burgundy.

Paul has been in charge of the vineyard since 2002and has overseen the complete revitalization of the existing plantings and the development of the new vineyard on the adjacent land.
